Dates :

June 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, 29-30 | July 1-2

Hours :

Mon-Thur 8am-5pm | Fri 8am-1pm

Clinical Staff :

3 DAs 1 Hygienist Required procedures : Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning, Implants Additional requirements/ info : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$1200 per day

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary (negotiable offer)

Requirements:
