The Opportunity:
Pearl Dental Associates is seeking an experienced Lead General Dentist (Super GP) to join our modern, privately owned, multi-specialty practice. This is a unique opportunity to choose between two locations : Scituate (coastal lifestyle) or Holbrook (convenient suburban access), while working in a technology-driven, growth-focused environment with strong clinical and leadership support. Ideal for a confident clinician ready to expand into advanced procedures, lead a team, and grow within a high-producing practice.
Schedule:
4 day week: (Holbrook) Monday
- Thursday or (Scituate) Tuesday
Friday Compensation & Benefits:

Fully digital, paperless office Dental AI, CBCT, in-office milling & 3D printing Full patient schedule 3,300+ active patients with a healthy, established patient base Efficient, friendly support staff dedicated to your success Key Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry through accurate diagnosis and advanced treatment planning Drive case acceptance through clear communication and patient education Perform high-quality restorative and surgical procedures with a focus on long-term outcomes Follow clinical best practices to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, multi-specialty care Continue expanding skills through mentorship and continuing education (CE) Leadership Responsibilities Lead and mentor team members to support clinical excellence and production growth Maintain high standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism Foster a positive, team-focused and results-driven culture Partner with leadership to improve practice performance, efficiency, and case completion
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Massachusetts dental license 5+ years of clinical experience practicing general dentistry Strong treatment planning, clinical skills, communication, and leadership skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
