The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care within a well-equipped clinical environment, utilizing advanced dental technology and adhering to the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and dental terminology. Utilize dental fabrication techniques and manage restorations such as crowns, bridges, and dentures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and ensure sterilization of equipment. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Collaborate with dental team members to deliver efficient four-handed dentistry and enhance patient care experiences. Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in ongoing professional development and training. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in Eaglesoft, or Dentrix software systems. Demonstrated expertise in pediatric dentistry, including pediatric patient management and procedures such as pediatric restorations and behavior management techniques. Experience performing oral surgery procedures such as extractions and implant placements. Proficiency in endodontic treatments like root canal therapy along with knowledge of dental fabrication processes. Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques. Prior experience with general dentistry procedures including patient care, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution within a busy clinical setting is highly desirable. This position offers an engaging work environment where clinical excellence is valued alongside compassionate patient interaction.
