Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health is optimized through expert treatment and compassionate patient interactions. Your expertise in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and various specialized procedures will help us deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, oral surgery and implants with precision and care Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessments and medical/dental history reviews, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment options and instructions clearly to patients Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Operate dental equipment and imaging technology such as digital X-rays, CBCT while adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to increase efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness Requirements Valid license to practice dentistry in the respective state or region with current credentials Proven experience in general dentistry; experience with pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is highly desirable Proficiency with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical imaging techniques Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication procedures, and other complex treatments confidently Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations including pediatrics Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards for medical records management Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced dental clinic environment using aseptic techniques and infection control measures Join us as an Associate Dentist where your skills will be valued, your professional growth supported, and your passion for delivering outstanding patient care celebrated!

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
