- Traveling Role | Passion Dental Passion Dental is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Endodontist to join our growing specialty network in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Compensation Structure:
Independent Contractor (IC) role. 47% of production up to $6,500/day. 52% of production over $6,500/day.Daily production goal:
$8,000+.Practice Setup & Support:
Expected volume: 6-8 cases per day (no consults required). Structured referral guidelines to streamline case flow.We provide:
Microscope stand. Consumables. Gutta percha. WaveOne system.Provider supplies:
Personal microscope. Files.Patient Mix:
PPO and insurance-based patient base. Consistent referrals from internal doctors. No need for initial consults- efficient treatment scheduling.
