Job Description

Winthrop Street Dentistry is seeking a General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice. Our dentists are supported by experienced clinical teams and a strong operational team that allows them to focus on delivering excellent care. You'll step into a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, providing the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a productive schedule. This opportunity offers modern technology and the support of a superbly trained clinical team. Full-time dentists enjoy paid time off and reimbursements for continuing education and malpractice insurance. Compensation includes a competitive percentage of collections with an initial daily guarantee to support a smooth transition into the practice. This role is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, strong patient demand, and the support needed to succeed.
Schedule:
