Join our growing mobile dental company dedicated to bringing high-quality dental care directly to senior residents in the Baltimore area. About Us We operate fully equipped dental clinics inside senior facilities offering on-site dental care to residents at assisted living facilities, independent living and senior communities — eliminating the barriers that prevent older adults from accessing the dental care they need and deserve. We are a fee-for-service practice with no insurance hassles, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. The Role We are seeking a licensed Maryland Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our clinics run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to senior patients in a clinic setting Perform exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and denture services Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Uphold the highest standards of patient comfort and clinical excellence Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active, unrestricted Maryland dental license Experience with geriatric patients preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for serving seniors Reliable, professional, and self-motivated What We Offer Competitive fee-for-service compensation Flexible part-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 9-5) Fully equipped clinics — no overhead or office management required A meaningful mission: improving the quality of life for Cleveland's senior community Supportive team environment If you are a dentist who wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors while enjoying a flexible schedule and rewarding work environment, we want to hear from you!
