General Dentist - Clinton, MD ($10,000 sign-on bonus)
Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 3days/week)
Schedule:
M-F (8am - 4pm) No weekends or evening shifts required

Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Dentist to join an established, patient-focused dental practice in Clinton, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values clinical excellence, patient relationships, autonomy, and professional growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing comprehensive dental care, committed to teamwork, and interested in building a long-term career within a supportive and technology-driven environment. The practice offers a strong existing patient base, consistent new patient flow, and experienced clinical and administrative support.
Compensation & Incentives:
Daily minimum guarantee: $900 - $1,000/day Bonus opportunity: 33% of office collections above daily minimum Monthly profit-sharing opportunity based on performance metrics $10,000 sign-on bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients Perform preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures Conduct patient examinations and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose dental conditions and recommend appropriate treatment options Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring excellent patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Maryland dental license in good standing Minimum 5+ years of post-graduate dental experience Invisalign certification is preferred
Patient Population:
