We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice in Charles County, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have experience in, or a strong desire to learn, oral surgery, molar endodontics, and implant placement. This position offers immediate patient volume with an established and loyal patient base, allowing you to be productive from day one. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily minimum and a percentage of collections, with additional earning opportunities available for experienced candidates.
