The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. surgery. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Conduct a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and aftercare. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide exceptional patient care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in Maryland Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
