Job Description

Growing Private Practice in Southern Coastal Maine is interested in connecting with pediatric dentists who may be interested in future opportunities within our established and growing organization. We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children and families while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to a culture centered on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement. This opportunity offers the ability to practice in a modern, doctor-owned environment with a strong support team, established referral relationships, and a large existing patient base. Providers enjoy clinical autonomy, access to modern technology, and the opportunity to focus on patient care while supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs Perform examinations, preventive services, restorative procedures, and emergency treatment as indicated Educate patients and families on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options Monitor growth and development and coordinate care with specialists when appropriate Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans Collaborate with other providers and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Malpractice insurance coverage Continuing education allowance Professional license, DEA registration, and association dues reimbursement Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Located in Southern Coastal Maine, this opportunity offers an outstanding quality of life with access to beaches, outdoor recreation, excellent schools, and the amenities of the greater Portland region. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program Eligible for or currently holding dental licensure in the State of Maine DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry preferred
