Associate Endodontist - Southern Maine A busy, well-established endodontic practice in Southern Maine is looking for a great Endodontist to grow with them. The referral network is thriving, the schedule fills quickly, and the team has been together for years. The role See 10-12 patients per day across consults, root canal therapy, retreatments, and associated surgeries Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM; associates typically work 3-4 days per week Work alongside a support staff that averages 15 years of experience The facility Newly built 3,200 sq. ft. specialty facility with 6 operatories, designed specifically for endodontic care Zeiss and Global microscopes (6 total), Morita CBCT, Adec chairs throughout 60% private pay, 40% insurance payor mix Compensation & benefits 45% of net production Health and dental insurance 401(k) Annual CME allowance Up to $7,000 relocation assistance About the area 30 minutes from Portland, 2 hours from Boston Mountains, coastline, and lakes are all nearby for different outdoor recreation year-round Excellent schools, strong communities, and a growing young professional scene For a confidential conversation, please contact
