Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Central Michigan A rapidly growing, multi-location Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery group in Central Michigan is seeking a full-time Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its flagship clinic in the Grand Blanc area. This organization offers strong clinical autonomy, immediate patient volume, ownership, and long-term growth opportunities. Highlights Immediate production with minimal ramp-up Partnership/leadership opportunities as the group expands Earn 35% of collections with realistic income potential of $600K $1.2M+ Established referral network and high-volume practice (avg. $3M production per surgeon) Flexible schedule with 4-day workweek option Paid malpractice, health insurance, and 401(k), Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available, 4 weeks time off + $4,000 CME allowance This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume, well-supported surgical practice with immediate earning potential and a clear path for long-term growth and ownership.
