Job Description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable private office, that is seeking a dentist due to tremendous demand. . They have many established patients already established as well as over 100 new patients each month between 2 offices. The offices have wonderful online reviews and are truly dedicated to providing the highest quality care for their patients. This is a 100% fee for service office . The office has state of the art equipment. They do not currently have a CBCT, but they are willing to invest in one if the associate needs one. Currently they are doing general restorative procedures. They do some endo but not a lot. They restore implants but are not placing currently. If the associate would like to do endo and implants that is a plus, but it is not required. They are offering a competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend. A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn over 300K per year . There is buy in potential in the future if interested, but certainly not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD). State license to practice dentistry. CPR certification. Proven experience working in a dental practice. The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ability to work in a team. Good hand-eye coordination.
