Job Details:

Join 1 Dentist in a busy practice, replacing a Dentist which means turn key practice Must have a minimum of at least 3 years experience Opportunity for ownership General Dentistry 5 day work week 6 month daily guarantee with 35% collections Duties Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging. Provide specialized treatments such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, and oral surgery procedures with precision and care. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnosis and treatment plans effectively with patients and team members. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations. Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Collaborate with the dental team in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide the best possible care. Ensure compliance with all medical documentation standards and dental office policies related to medical imaging and anatomy knowledge. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, infection control practices, and medical records management. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Skilled in medical imaging techniques and applying aseptic techniques during procedures. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments confidently.

Pay:

$200,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
