As West Michigan's first and only fully integrated multi-specialty dental practice, we deliver easy, connected care across adult dentistry (Smile), pediatric dentistry (Little Smiles), and orthodontics (Smile Orthodontics). With locations in Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, North Muskegon, and Holland, our team provides a true one-stop destination for comprehensive family care.
We also proudly operate Daydreams Procedure Center, a state-of-the-art surgical center in Grand Rapids dedicated exclusively to pediatric dentistry under general anesthesia. Staffed with pediatric dentists, experienced dental assistants, pediatric nurses, and MD anesthesiologists, Daydreams provides safe, compassionate, trauma-free treatment for children across Michigan.

RequirementsCompletion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency.
Michigan Specialty Dentist License.
Ability to travel among offices in Grand Haven, North Muskegon, Holland, and Grand Rapids.
Ability to work one day per week at Daydreams Procedure Center in Grand Rapids.
DDS or DMD degree.
Active state dental license and malpractice insurance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to delegate tasks, manage performance expectations, and collaborate across teams.
Skill in prioritizing multiple commitments and working effectively in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.
Commitment to compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
