General Dentist - Flexible Clinical Role The Dental Experience - Jackson, Michigan Looking for a unique opportunity in Michigan? The Dental Experience in Jackson, MI is looking to hire an associate dentist with a slightly different role. We have a backlog of new patients ready to be seen! You'll perform comprehensive dental care, emergency care, same day dentistry, while also helping with preventive hygiene and periodontal services as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry without feeling rushed from procedure to procedure. The Dental Experience is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented General Dentist to join our growing practice. This position offers excellent variety and allows you to practice at the top of your license while helping ensure exceptional continuity of care for our patients. What You'll Do Comprehensive examinations Fillings, crowns, bridges Root canals and extractions (based on your comfort level) Preventive cleanings Periodontal maintenance Scaling and root planing Oral health education Treatment planning Emergency care What We Offer Guaranteed daily minimum and or collection pay whichever is greater Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Modern digital office with 14 operatories Experienced clinical and administrative team Strong patient base Clinical autonomy Mentorship for newer graduates CE allowance 401(k) With 4% Match Relocation assistance available We're Looking For DDS or DMD degree Michigan dental license (or ability to obtain one) Excellent communication skills Team-first attitude Comfortable treating patients of all ages Willingness to provide both restorative and preventive care
Compensation:
$150,000-$350,000+ annually depending on schedule and production.
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
