  • Summary
  • We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team at Birch Street Dental Care in Kalkaska, MI.
The position is intended to support the continuation of care previously provided by a dentist who made approximately $361,000 in gross revenue last year.

This role is vital in delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction while aligning with our commitment to excellence in oral health.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatments for patients.
  • Perform various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
  • Manage patient assessments and treatment plans effectively.
  • Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Strong skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and general dentistry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Experience with dental software, such as Dentrix.
