Full service private dental practice delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages in the community of Lansing.
Compensation:
$200k
  • $350k per year. Daily min $1000 for 6 mos, 30%
  • 35% of collections + bonus.

Dentist:
Growing private dental practice with 2 locations in Lansing and Marshall is seeking a patient centered General Dentist to add to our team. We are looking for a dentist that has the patient's best interests at heart at all times and is skilled in Oral Surgery and Implants. We deliver a wide range of services to patients of all ages including: Crowns & Bridges, Invisalign, Veneers, Dental Implants, Teeth Whitening, Emergency Dentistry, Children's Dentistry, Sleep Apnea Treatment, General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dentures & Partials, and more. We are very much part of the community in Lansing, and we are looking for someone who will stay in the area and be part of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, preventive, and emergency dental services. Lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Foster a welcoming, patient-centered environment. Participate in practice growth initiatives and community outreach as needed. Personal qualities we are looking for include: Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ongoing professional growth. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and solid organization skills. Partnership opportunity also available for added benefits. Plus mentoring in any area of desire.
