For too long, the decision to work with a group practice has meant you had to sacrifice autonomy, full control of clinical decision-making for the ability to earn more and pay less for quality equipment as supplies. At UDC we believe you shouldn't have to choose between the two. This is why nearly all the dentist's we partner with have owned their own practice, but they prefer to work with us. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join our team on a full-time basis . You'll be stepping into a collaborative environment that prioritizes high-quality care and clinician independence. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence and enjoys working with a supportive, like-minded dental team. Why This Role Matters In a multi-specialty group setting, every provider is empowered to work at the top of their game. While general dentists are trained to do a bit of everything, not every procedure is an efficient use of their time or skills. That's where you come in. As our in-house Orthodontist, you'll enable the team to focus on their strengths while delivering specialized care to our growing base of ortho patients. This creates better outcomes for our patients, higher satisfaction for providers, and stronger productivity across the board.
