Job Description

My well-established client recently opened a Periodontist opportunity. They offer clinical support and they will continue to train and educate their staff on the latest products, trends, and techniques. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations, from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the periodontal skills of dentistry, but you will have control over treatment plans. Our staff will work in a clean, efficient, and professional manner. Plan & Match Responsibilities:
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. Recommend a personalized treatment plan that may include a combination of treatments like: Scaling & root planning Gum recession therapy Bone/tissue regeneration Osseous surgery Specialize in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease (a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the gums and bone supporting the teeth also known as gum disease), and in the placement of dental implants Perform dental implant treatments, including preparing your bone and gum tissue for implants and treating a failing implant Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations. Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree and specialized training in Periodontics. Possess a valid state dental license and maintain good standing with the dental board. Previous experience is preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon-to-be Periodontists coming out of their residencies.
Skills:
Proven experience in performing periodontal surgeries and related treatments. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
