Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Manages patient dental care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Records and maintains appropriate documentation on patient clinical records. Assists in the establishing of appropriate fee schedule, expense budgets, and program plans. Assists in the supervision of dental support personnel. Participates in GLBHC's Quality Assurance activities as needed.
MARGINAL JOB DUTIES
Assists in marketing and public relations of the dental program, including recruitment of providers as needed. Assists in interviewing of job candidates, trains and evaluates dental support personnel. Performs other functions relating to the GLBHC Dental Program as may be required. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Dental Officer or President/CEO. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Dental School. Possess DDS or DMD. Certified and licensed by the State Board of Dentistry in Michigan. 1-2 years in underserved area preferred.
