Overview Full-Time General Dentist West Bloomfield, MI Dental Care of Michigan is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Full-Time General Dentist to join our growing practice in West Bloomfield, Michigan. We are looking for a dentist who is passionate about comprehensive care and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive, well-equipped environment. We are a single-doctor practice supported by a strong, experienced team and robust marketing efforts that consistently drive patient demand, enabling our dentist to focus on delivering exceptional care with full clinical autonomy while maximizing production and long-term earning potential. Dentists interested in ownership pathways will have the opportunity to be considered for a Doctor Equity Program.

Position Details Schedule:

Full Time, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)

Payer Mix:

Medicaid, PPO, FFS Average Production:

$5,000 per doctor per day

Collection Rate:

94%

Compensation Daily Guaranteed Rate:

$850/day for the first 6-12 months

Production-Based Compensation:
