Looking to fill two days a week with potentially a third day by year end. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience in providing comprehensive patient care across diverse age groups, including pediatric patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality dental services in a supportive and well-equipped environment, emphasizing patient comfort, safety, and clinical excellence. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing dental procedures, managing patient assessments, and ensuring adherence to all health and safety protocols. Duties Perform a wide range of dental treatments including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately while explaining procedures and treatment options to patients clearly and compassionately. Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery. Use dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and record keeping. Ensure all procedures meet the highest standards of quality while providing exceptional patient care and comfort. Experience Must have a minimum of 2+ years working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is required. Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technology is preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures confidently.
