Burnsville, MN The The Staff Pad is partnering with a modern, fully digital dental practice in the Burnsville area to identify an Associate Dentist for a unique growth and succession opportunity. This role is ideal for a dentist who wants hands-on mentorship, advanced technology, and a clear path to stepping into a primary clinical role over time. Intraoral scanning and digital workflow integration Cone beam / 3D imaging (CBCT) Advanced endodontic systems and tools Clear aligner treatment capabilities The Opportunity The incoming associate will work closely with the current provider, gaining independence over time and ultimately stepping into a primary clinical role . You'll have the opportunity to: Build strong patient relationships from an existing base Grow into independent clinical leadership Develop skills across a broad scope of dentistr What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Perform procedures including endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success Who You Are DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure) 2-3 years of experience preferred Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship Growth-minded and interested in long-term opportunity Schedule 3-4 days per week to start (Monday-Thursday) Opportunity to expand schedule as the practice grows What You Can Expect A clear path toward increased responsibility and leadership Supportive mentorship with room to grow independently Access to advanced technology that enhances clinical care A stable, growth-oriented environment designed for long-term success
