Associate General Dentist

Our well-established dental practice in Eagan, MN is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a General Dentist with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, particularly in the areas of diagnosing and treating dental emergencies. Our practice sees a high volume of patients needing same day treatment in endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative work. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general dentistry procedures with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction. Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and treating dental emergencies, particularly in endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry. Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Will be scheduled to work approximately 15 days per month.

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school. Current, valid state dental license. Proficiency in endodontics and oral surgery. Will train and mentor a candidate who has a strong interest in learning/ becoming more efficient in these fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team.
