Position Highlights Compensation up to $216K annual base salary + comprehensive benefits package Full-time, employed role with Monday-Friday schedule — no nights or weekends! Manage an average of 10-12 patients per day with excellent support staff and clinical autonomy Modern, Federally Qualified Health Center featuring 17 operatories and a dedicated hygiene wing Collaborative, multi-disciplinary dental team including dentists, dental therapists, hygienists, and assistants Scope of Practice Comprehensive general dentistry: cleanings, exams, digital x-rays, fillings, crowns, dentures, and simple extractions Treatment for gum disease and chronic oral conditions State-of-the-art equipment and digital imaging in a supportive, team-centered environment Compensation & Benefits Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Bonus Available Free health insurance for employees + discounted coverage for immediate family members Dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Loan repayment eligibility through HRSA programs - $50,000 every two years Generous
