For nearly 20 years, we've been breaking down barriers to care and providing preventive and restorative dental services to children from birth through high school across southeastern Minnesota. Through our school-based and community programs, we meet children where they are, helping them build healthy smiles, confidence, and brighter futures. About the Role We are seeking a part-time Dentist to provide restorative dental care to patients ages 18 and younger. This role also includes supporting our mobile dental program and signing Collaborative Practice Agreements with our Registered Dental Hygienists, enabling preventive services to be delivered in schools and community settings. You'll work alongside an experienced, mission-driven team, caring for children both in our clinics and through our mobile outreach programs. What You'll Do Provide high-quality restorative dental care to pediatric patients Support our mobile dental program through visits to schools and community sites Sign Collaborative Practice Agreements with Registered Dental Hygienists Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care Educate patients and families on oral health and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and CDHS clinical protocols What You'll Bring DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Current Minnesota dental license in good standing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience working with pediatric patients or underserved populations is preferred A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Why You'll Love Working Here Purpose-Driven Work
