Job Description

Independent Contractor Agreement:
Mobile Dental Subcontractor Position Type:
1099-NEC Independent Subcontractor or W2 employee
Compensation:
Percentage of Net Collections About Us:
Multispecialty Group going into skilled Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living (ALF), and Residential Care Facilities based in Springfield, MO, but expanding omnidirectional. Position Overview The Contractor (an independent dental business entity) will provide mobile diagnostic and restorative dental services to residents at facilities managed by our company. As a subcontractor, the Contractor operates as a separate business and is responsible for all clinical outcomes, equipment, and professional overhead. 2.
Scope of Services Clinical Care:
Contractor provides comprehensive dental examinations, cleanings, and necessary restorative work.
Regulatory Compliance:
Contractor ensures all patients are offered services every four (4) months to satisfy state nursing home mandates.
Documentation:
Contractor is responsible for accurate clinical charting and providing the necessary codes for insurance billing to our Company 3.
Operational Autonomy Methods:
Contractor has absolute clinical autonomy. The Company does not supervise, direct, or control the clinical techniques or treatment plans developed by the Contractor.
Scheduling:
Contractor coordinates directly with the nursing facilities to establish their own visiting hours and service dates.
Tools/Equipment:
Contractor must provide all necessary mobile dental equipment (portable chairs, X-ray units, handpieces, etc.) and maintain said equipment at their own expense. 4.
Compensation Commission Rate:
Contractor shall be paid % of Net Collections (actual funds received from insurance/private pay) for services rendered by the Contractor.
Payment Cycle:
Payments will be remitted to the Contractor within Negotiated days of the close of each month, following receipt of funds from third-party payers.
No Minimum Guarantee:
Contractor acknowledges that compensation is strictly based on successful collections. No hourly or daily minimum wage is provided.
Expenses:
Contractor is responsible for all self-employment taxes, professional liability insurance, state licensing fees, and travel costs. 5.
Qualifications & Requirements Entity Status:
Contractor must operate as a registered business entity (LLC, PLLC, or P.C.) with an active EIN, unless wanting to be a W2 employee.
Licensure:
Active MO Dental License and DEA registration.
Insurance:
Must maintain Malpractice Insurance ($1M/$3M) and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Our Company as an additional insured Option 2
Compensation & Benefits Productivity-Based Pay:
Competitive percentage of collections based on an insurance/fee-for-service model .
Zero Overhead:
All clinical supplies, portable equipment, and mobile technology are fully paid for and provided by the group. Labs are fully paid for and will be ordered by their
PCP Operational Support:
We handle all facility scheduling, patient billing, and insurance credentialing.
Support Staff if needed:
We will provide you with support staff if needed to help you in these facilities. So you can just focus on the resident. Travel Stipen- Will discuss in further detail in interview
Key Responsibilities On-Site Clinical Rounds:
Perform comprehensive exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and denture care (adjustments/relines).
Patient Advocacy:
Develop personalized treatment plans for seniors, often collaborating with their families and facility nursing staff ADP.
Multispecialty Collaboration:
Work alongside our on-site medical and psych teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient health.
Digital Documentation:
Maintain accurate electronic records of all treatments and screenings
ADP Qualifications DDS/DMD:
Degree from an accredited dental school and an active license in Missouri, Arkansas and/or Kansas . - If you choose to travel (We would reimburse any liscense needed).
Geriatric Interest:
A genuine passion for working with seniors and patients with complex medical histories.
Adaptability:
Comfortable using portable dental equipment and working in varied facility environments.

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
