Immediate opening for a General Dentist in a family dental practice serving Rolla, MO, and surrounding communities.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Family dental practice providing General, Cosmetic, and Restorative dentistry to patients of all ages.

Compensation:

30% net production, initial guarantee available. $240,000 and $300,000 annually. Benefits offered: Group Health insurance 401(k) with up to 4% match Short term disability insurance Malpractice insurance covered $2500 CE allowance

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team in Rolla, MO. You will work closely with our lead dentist, with ongoing support from our Dental Partners, receiving help where it's useful and autonomy where it's preferred.

The Practice:

This practice has proudly served the Rolla community for more than 40 years and is widely recognized as the premier dental practice in Phelps County. This is a relationship-driven practice that knows its patients, values its team, and takes pride in doing dentistry the right way. Over the last 12 months, the office has done $2.2M of collections working out of 8 fully equipped operatories. The office is fully digital and has updated equipment.

Patient Base and Demand:

Demand is strong and growing. Over the past year, the practice has averaged 100 new patients per month, with 90% coming from internal patient referrals. There is more dentistry than the current dentists can handle. This role steps directly into a full, productive schedule. A successful Associate Dentist typically: Produces $75k+ per month, with the opportunity to grow beyond that. Diagnoses and treats patients with a focus on same-day dentistry. Builds a loyal following of patients within the practice. Delivers excellent care in a high-production, patient-centered environment. Collaborates effectively with the lead dentist and a strong team, including hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff. Assists the other dentist on occasion when needed. Contributes to internal referrals and overall practice growth. Shows interest in continued development - clinically, professionally, and as a leader.
