Job Description

Practice & Position Overview Advanced Dental Implant and TMJ Center is a growing, technology-driven specialty practice focused on periodontics, implant and full-arch dentistry. The practice currently operates out of an 8-operatory, 8,000-square-foot facility in Southaven and is actively expanding, with additional space being added to the current office and a future Memphis location already in development. The team is seeking a Periodontist who is passionate about patient care, surgery, and long-term growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in growing with the practice long-term and pursuing a future partnership opportunity. Both experienced doctors and new graduates will be considered, with mentorship available directly from Dr. Adatrow. Experienced candidates may have an accelerated path toward partnership. The practice utilizes advanced digital workflows, in-house 3D printing, and Straumann implant systems. As the only Platinum Straumann provider in the region, the team has built an outstanding reputation for patient care, customer service, and clinical excellence, supported by an experienced staff and strong referral base. Key Responsibilities Perform periodontal and implant-related surgical procedures Conduct implant consultations and treatment planning Collaborate with the restorative team on full-arch cases Provide post-operative care and follow-up Utilize advanced digital workflows and technology Qualifications DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program Periodontal certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient care and implant dentistry Schedule 4-5 days per week Additional clinical days available if desired Compensation & Opportunity Highlights Compensation structure includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $350,000+, plus a percentage of collections. Pay:
$350,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
