Opportunity consists of : Work at the Newest 8,000 sq ft office with 8 pediatric + 6 ortho chairs with immediate restorative capacity available. Strong existing hygiene demand + new patients per month as the schedule grows. $1,200 $1,600 daily guarantee first year + % of collections Depends on experience Clear partnership track after 2 years with owner financing, % buy-in, and equal voting rights among partners. $30,000 student loan assistance over 3 years + sign-on/relocation support available. 4-day clinical week (Mon Thu) Modern equipment : iTero scanner, CO2 laser, digital imaging in a brand-new facility designed for growth. Robust mentorship from 5 experienced partners in a doctor-led, non-corporate group with strong staff support (avg. 5+ years tenure).
