- Lead surgical procedures with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations.
- Engage with a robust referral network to foster strong professional relationships and drive practice growth.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing expertise to build a cohesive and skilled team.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to support the practice's long-term vision.
- Utilize centralized management tools to optimize scheduling and maximize surgical efficiency. Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with referring dentists and healthcare providers.
- Commitment to continuous education and staying current with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques and practices.
