Healthcare Professionals accepted) Dental Office - Community Health Center seeking a General Dentist for Mobile Dental Clinic Community Health Center seeking a General Dentist for Mobile Dental Clinic headquartered in Gatesville and Elizabeth City North Carolina. General dentistry providing comprehensive mobile oral care to patients in the Chowan, Pasquotank, Gates, and Perquiman Counties. Key Responsibilities include restorative care (fillings, extractions), hygiene education, and utilizing portable X-rays, focusing on patient-centered care and high-efficiency treatment
  • Clinical Care:
    Perform comprehensive exams, digital X-rays, prophies, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, and simple extractions. oAverage 15 patients a day minimum.
  • Patient Education:
    Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, preventive practices, diet, and tobacco cessation.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate, timely digital clinical records and charting, adhering to HIPAA and Medicaid compliance standards. Job Requirements
  • Education:
    Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure:
    Active North Carolins state dental license and current CPR certification.
Experience:
Experience with Pediatric patients and Adults required for employment. Shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Tuesday, Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a one-hour lunch.
