Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our practice. Position Overview The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and patient service. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking a supportive environment, strong patient flow, and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Provide restorative, preventive, and general dentistry services. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and practice policies. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain one before start date). DEA registration (or ability to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
