Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics in the scenic northeastern region of North Carolina. In this role, you will provide high-quality oral health care across a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on serving underserved communities. Our clinics feature state-of-the-art equipment, including digital imaging, and utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. Dentists typically work four 10-hour days per week, treating patients of all ages in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Compensation & Incentives:
Salary:
$165,000 - $170,000 (based on experience) Sign-on Bonus and, if applicable,
Relocation Allowance Annual Continuing Dental Education Allowance:
Up to $3,000 and 40 hours
Loan Repayment Opportunities:
Eligible for NHSC Scholars, Loan Repayment Program, and Students to Service programs Potential State High-Needs Bonus for dentists without outstanding student loans

Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program Minimum of one year of clinical experience or completion of a residency preferred BLS certification required Must successfully complete Federal and State criminal background checks and drug screening Commitment to providing care to a diverse, underserved population
