Valley Oral & Facial Surgery is a respected and thriving oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with 3 locations in Fargo, Bismarck and Grand Forks, ND. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care for our patients through cutting-edge surgical techniques and compassionate service. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive and professional environment for both our patients and staff.
Job Description:
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our dynamic team at the Bismarck location and the Fargo location. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High ethical standards and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
