We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. $800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days with quarterly true-up. 35% of collections (inclusive of lab fees). Additional 2% bonus on production exceeding $1M annually. Practice Overview:

Two office locations with 6 operatories each. Collaborative team including owner and associate providers. Fee-for-service model with limited insurance participation (Delta Dental). Strong hygiene program with flexible assisted and single-column workflows. Weekly meetings and structured onboarding for clinical alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care. Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related care as appropriate. Maintain consistency in treatment planning and patient communication. Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members across both locations. Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active New Hampshire dental license (or ability to obtain). Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Open to coaching and collaboration within a team environment. Excellent communication and patient relationship skills. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
