ORTHODONTIC ASSOCIATE
Clifton, NJ | Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | Immediate Start Available
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Children's Dental Specialists, LLC is a thriving pediatric dental and orthodontics practice located in Clifton, NJ. Our robust pediatric hygiene program continuously cycles qualified patients directly into the orthodontic schedule — giving you a built-in, growing patient base from day one. 353 child prophylaxis visits per month — your direct ortho referral pool 54 new patients per month entering the practice pipeline $266,000+ total practice monthly production and growing $1M+ in orthodontic collections generated over the past two years
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a licensed orthodontist to join our team on a consistent Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday schedule. This is a full-day clinical position in a modern, well-supported practice with a strong and growing patient base ready for you from day one.
COMPENSATION
Daily Rate Guarantee:
$180/hour for a 7 hour work day
Collections Rate:
35% of Adjusted Gross Collections Pay is the greater of the daily rate guarantee or 35% of Adjusted Gross Collections, calculated on a rolling three-month weighted average. This structure protects you in lighter months and rewards you in strong ones — your earnings reflect consistent performance, not a single month in isolation.
Expected annual earnings:
$130,000-$180,000 based on current patient volume.

GROWTH VISION
Our goal is to expand from our current three-chair setup to a five-chair operation. That means more chairs, more patients, more production — and a bigger opportunity for the right person. We are looking for an orthodontist who wants to grow with us, not just fill a schedule.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Licensed orthodontist in good standing in New Jersey Passion for working with pediatric and adolescent patients Comfortable with both fixed appliances and clear aligners Strong case acceptance and patient communication skills Team-oriented with excellent chair-side manner Ability to commit to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday schedule Motivated by production-based earnings and long-term practice growth
