Our experienced team is known for its gentle approach, attention to detail, and dedication to fostering long-term patient relationships in a welcoming, modern environment. We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional dental care. We provide daily one-on-one mentorship with the Owner Doctors.
Position Summary:
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages in alignment with our practice philosophy—clinical excellence delivered with warmth, professionalism, and integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and personable dentist who values quality over quantity and wants to work in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-first setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality general dentistry, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, preventative care, and more, under one roof Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure patient comfort throughout care Collaborate with our skilled team of assistants and administrative staff Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols Uphold the practice's core values: excellence, compassion, and integrity
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school Active state dental license in good standing Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Gentle, patient-centered approach to care Commitment to continuing education and professional development Why Join Us?
