We have built our reputation on ethical dentistry, exceptional patient care, and long-term patient relationships. Located near RWJBarnabas Health, our practice enjoys a loyal patient base, strong hygiene recall system, and consistent new patient growth. We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who wants to practice high-quality dentistry while building a long-term future within a growing private practice. What Makes Babra Dental Different? Technology & Clinical Support Digital X-Rays Dexis Digital Sensors Nomad Pro 2 Handheld X-Ray System Pearl AI Radiographic Analysis Dedicated Dental Assistant Experienced Treatment Coordination Team Strong Hygiene Program with Consistent Recall Flow Established Patient Base Consistent New Patient Growth Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about providing exceptional patient care Ethical, compassionate, and relationship-focused Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment plans Interested in personal and professional growth Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active New Jersey Dental License (or ability to obtain one) Comfortable performing all aspects of general dentistry Molar endodontics and surgical extractions are a plus Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply Schedule Full-Time Position Approximately 40 hours per week Two Saturdays per month required Compensation Option 1
  • Independent Contractor (1099) 35% of collections Daily minimum guarantee available during ramp-up period Malpractice insurance coverage provided for full-time associates Option 2
  • Employee (W-2) 30% of collections Daily minimum guarantee available during ramp-up period Malpractice insurance coverage provided Paid time off and additional employee benefits Earnings Potential Our established patient base, strong hygiene program, and treatment acceptance create significant earning opportunities.
Expected total compensation:
$250,000
  • 400,000+ annually , depending on experience, production, procedures performed, and schedule.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus , paid according to employment terms and retention requirements.
