Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in various surgical procedures, with a strong focus on patient care and safety. The Oral Surgeon will be responsible for performing complex surgeries, collaborating with dental staff, and ensuring the highest standards of aseptic technique and infection control. Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, including reviewing patient history and vital signs.
- Collaborate with senior doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout dental surgical procedures, adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patients for complications or recovery progress.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, risks, and recovery processes.
- Document all dental surgical procedures accurately in the electronic health record system (e.g., Dentrix).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to infection control and patient safety. Requirements
- Proven experience in Prosthodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and dental staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions during surgical procedures.
- Familiarity with pediatric care is a plus; experience in Pediatrics is desirable.

$750.00- $3,500.
