We are looking for someone who can start Monday 12-8 PM , with opportunities to add additional days within the next 1-2 months as the schedule fills. Who This Role Is For You have 2-5 years of experience post-dental school (minimum 1 year in private practice ) strong in same day treatments and patient communication You're clinically competent in comprehensive exams, restorative, surgical extractions, molar RCT and emergency care. You value responsibility, integrity, and patient communication just as much as clinical skill You enjoy learning, embracing new systems, and working with a positive, accountable team You're comfortable with digital workflows or open to learning: CBCT, intraoral scanners, AI diagnostic tool. You want to grow — professionally, personally, and with the right team Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exams and deliver clear, sequenced treatment plans Provide restorative and surgical care in a modern, supportive setting Use intraoral cameras, scanners, CBCT, and AI tools to improve diagnosis and case acceptance Collaborate with the Treatment Coordinator for smooth handoffs and financial arrangements Chart thoroughly and consistently using cloud-based software Help maintain a positive and efficient clinical flow Contribute ideas and energy to improve the patient experience and team performance What We Offer $650/day guarantee or 28 -30% of adjusted production — whichever is greater, with 0% lab fee A beautifully renovated, fully digital office with
