In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and enhancing their confidence through exceptional service. Your expertise in general dentistry, endo and oral surgery will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art office with a focus on patient-centered care, utilizing advanced dental technology and fostering professional growth. Looking for a motivated dental associate to be a part of our team. Our well-established fee-for-service practice has a great family atmosphere and committed to giving patients excellent dental care for over 30 years. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, good chair side manner, and strong work ethic to deliver top quality dental care to our patients. Proficiency in endo, simple extractions and implant exp a plus- willingness to learn and utilize your talents. $800 daily minimum Tuesdays available Please submit CV resume High earning potential for the right candidate Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics including implants. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation tools such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other electronic health record systems to accurately record patient information. Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options using clear dental terminology. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all medical records and patient data. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA certification if applicable. Proven experience in general dentistry with additional expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, or prosthodontics preferred. Proficiency in dental office software in Dentrix is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry and the ability to document procedures accurately within electronic health records systems.
