Associate General Dentist Job Summary Seeking an exceptional individual to join our dental team as an Associate General Dentist, where your humble expertise will transform smiles and build lasting patient relationships! In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care while displaying preeminent ethics, empathy and enthusiasm. At Mansey Family Dentistry of Washington LLC, we are committed to focusing our practice on three core tenets: compassion, quality, and integrity. Our goal is to be thorough, informative, and educational, helping patients make the best decisions for the dental needs of their entire family. Your skills in general dentistry, including direct restorations, minor oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, will be essential in creating a welcoming environment that promotes oral health and confidence. Our dedicated staff is committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere upholding mutual respect across all roles, fueling our team with positive energy to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on our patients' well-being. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments starting with a strong attention to medical history, the oral-systemic connection, and understanding the meaningful impact of taking daily vital signs Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with attention to detail and patient comfort Embrace the latest dental technologies including 3Shape Trios intra-oral scanning to improve patient care Utilize dental imaging technology (Dexis) and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure safe and accurate diagnoses Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient care quality Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and medical documentation Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness Ensure infection control protocols are followed rigorously to uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the dental clinic Qualifications Valid degree from a US based dental school DDS/DMD and licensure as a General Dentist in New Jersey clear of any board actions GPR AEGD or experience preferred DEA and CDS licensure HIPPA OSHA and CPR BLS Certifications Knowledge using Dentrix dental software practice management system Proof of bi-annual CE requirements for licensure displaying a commitment to continued education Join us as we create an exceptional experience through passion, precision, and professionalism.
