You'll work in a welcoming, child-centered environment designed to create positive dental experiences and build lifelong healthy habits. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and provide high-quality dental care for pediatric patients Perform procedures including preventive care, restorations, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, and extractions Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Manage patient behavior using appropriate pediatric techniques Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program (preferred) Active and unrestricted New Mexico dental license (or eligibility) Strong ability to work with children and create a friendly, calming environment Excellent clinical and communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Schedule & Location Office open Monday through Saturday
