Mentorship from an experienced dentist is available. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and be passionate about providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with our staff to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction. Basic minimum of $1000/day with earning potential of 300k/year
Duties :
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide excellent patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in the state. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
