The ideal Associate Dentists will be passionate about delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal oral health & patient satisfaction. We want our Associates Dentist to promote a welcoming environment for patients and staff. As an Associate Dentist your expertise will contribute to patients feeling confident & cared for in a good healthy clinic environment. Associate Dentist are offered a competitive compensation package, benefits, continuing education, and additional opportunities. Relocation assistance is available Associate Dentist Duties Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose and plan treatments effectively Execute specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, dental fabrication, prosthodontics, and oral surgery when necessary Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Ensure infection control standards are upheld through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term wellness Our Staff team will ensure a smooth transition to help our next Associate General Dentist acclimate with our team, protocols and procedures.
