Single Doc office looking to start building out an associate schedule. We see 60 new patients a month and need help treating the needs of our patients. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and a positive patient experience. Your expertise will help transform smiles and improve lives through high-quality, compassionate dentistry. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Assess patients' oral health through thorough examinations and medical/dental history reviews. Utilize dental imaging techniques such as X-rays to diagnose dental conditions accurately. Maintain precise and complete medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote lifelong oral health. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures by participating in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable. Proven experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic or office setting. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics; pediatric dentistry experience is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes is desirable. $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
