Job Description

High daily rates (up to $1000/day) and production percentage Signing bonus up to $20K Relocation assistance up to $10K Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K & more Paid holidays Paid malpractice CE stipend Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Santa Fe, NM, is currently seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and educating caregivers and patients regarding preventive practices.
Pay range:
$800-$1100/day Job Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications State dental license in good standing Strong interest in working with children Ability to acquire or maintain Medicaid Provider number and NPI number Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
